"started a policy for me but only to have it cancelled not when one month after because my license we're suspended 2 years ago, for 3 months lol and since have been reinstated. with no notice. 2 phone numbers, an email and home address.. really? someone obviously doesn't wanna pay what they should back instead of taking so quickly. you knew you were gonna cancel my damn policy lol i remember our conversation as well as my fiance and mother in law heard the whole thing. ya know people have to pay for their wrong doings. 😊 would NOT recommend this office!"

"Michael Bateman and State Farm Insurance completely scammed my elderly mother! They cancelled her insurance without proper legal notice because she drives a Kia. Michael was uncaring and refused to help or refund her. I do not recommend getting insurance through this man or this company! They’re straight crooks! The only reason we knew something was off with her policy is she received her statement saying she owed zero dollars this month. They took her deposit and a months payment before canceling her and refuse to refund!!!!"

"Racist. cancelling my policy stating that my license is suspended and my license is active. Will be contacting my esquire in regards to their discriminatory practices. Ask to speak to management 3 times, Micheal Bateman and he’s been quite evasive. Ill advising his staff on how to handle the matter. They have lied many times in regards to communication with me."

"I miss Pedro - I’ve reached out to Michael several times over the last few months about policy questions and to upgrade my policy. But he hasn’t responded to me once. I found a cheaper rate with AAA, as well as someone who will respond to my emails. Thanks for nothing Jason Bateman. Edit - To respond to Michael's response. No, I will absolutely not be reaching out to your office again - that's the whole problem! If I was valued - you would've called me. You're a fool."
